Return Policy for The Rad Gem Co.


Engagement Rings

  • Refund Policy: Full refunds are not available for engagement rings.
  • Deposits: Custom engagement ring orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
  • Natural Diamond Returns: Natural diamond engagement rings returned within 30 days of purchase will incur a 50% restocking fee. After 30 days, returns will be valued at fair market value.
  • Lab-Created Diamond Returns: Lab-created diamonds may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a 50% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued exclusively for future fine jewelry purchases. No returns are accepted for lab diamonds after 30 days.
  • Upgrade Program: Engagement rings are eligible for upgrades by purchasing a new diamond priced at a minimum of double the original purchase price. See our Diamond Upgrade Program below for details.

Fine Jewelry (Non-Custom)

  • Refunds and Exchanges: Non-custom fine jewelry may be returned or exchanged for a full refund or store credit within 10 days of receipt.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation.
  • Returns Beyond 10 Days: Between 10 and 90 days, a 50% restocking fee applies, and store credit will be issued exclusively for fine jewelry purchases. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Exclusions: Altered items (e.g., engraved jewelry) are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, including "Markdowns" and "Pre-Loved Jewelry," are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Fine Jewelry (Custom)

  • Deposits: All custom jewelry orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
  • Final Sale: Custom jewelry, including engraved items, name necklaces, and other bespoke pieces, is considered final sale.

Watches

  • Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all watch orders.
  • Final Sale: All watch sales are final and non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Instructions

  • Online Orders: Use our online return/exchange portal to process returns or exchanges for orders placed through our website.
  • Orders Through Sales Representatives:

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen incoming packages. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Price Match Policy

  • If the price of an item you purchased decreases within 7 days, The Rad Gem Co. offers store credit for the difference.
  • Requests must be submitted while the sale is active.
  • Items purchased with a discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.
  • Submit price match requests via email to [Insert Your Support Email], including your order number and name.

Diamond Upgrade Program

  • The Rad Gem Co. offers a Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program for all GIA, HRD, AGS, EGL, or IGI certified natural and lab-created diamonds purchased from us.
  • Upgrade Eligibility:
    • You will receive credit for 100% of the original diamond's price towards a new diamond.
    • The new diamond must be priced at least 2 times the original diamond's price.
    • Damaged diamonds may not qualify for upgrades.
  • Settings: If your original setting fits the new diamond and is in reusable condition, we will reset it at no additional cost. If the setting cannot be reused, you may keep it or accept a fair market value credit.
  • Grading Reports: Original grading reports must be returned in reusable condition; fees may apply for missing or damaged reports.
  • Policy Updates: The Rad Gem Co. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
